Wings snap around your underwear to keep pads in place.

Small pads for light days measure 8" long x 3" wide.
Medium pads for regular/heavy days measure 10.5" long x 3.5" wide.

I have been waiting for someone to make an Organic Cotton Mamapad with a PUL backing. I have found organic cotton to be the most comfortable type of pad, but it would be nice to have the security of a waterproof backing sometimes too. I'm so glad Swaddlebees has made this new line of cloth menstrual pads.
