It has an outer made of 100% organic cotton in white or adorable prints.  Extra soft Velcro panel on the front of the cover won't scratch baby. This large panel also gives you a more adjustable fit and allows for quick and easy fastening on squirmy babies. Double leg gussets prevent leaks - great for newborns!
