All in One Cloth Diapers are truly as easy to use as disposable diapers. A true All-In-One is all one piece - sometimes two, if they have a snap in soaker - so you don't need to purchase any inserts, or covers. AIOs are great for the beginning cloth diaper user. All-In-One cloth diapers are also one of the trimmist fitting cloth diaper options. The BumGenius AIO has quickly become a top seller. The suedecloth inner wicks moisture away from babies skin for a stay dry feeling. My personal favorite is the Mommy's Touch All in One diaper. It is a One Size AIO that fits from 8-35+ lbs. It is lined with microfleece, for a stay dry feeling, and comes in lots of cute colors and prints. Thirsties has just come out with a Pocket AIO diaper - this is an AIO style diaper, but it also includes a pocket opening, so you can add an insert for times of extended wear, such as for overnight. So many choices for All in One Cloth diapers today. It can seem very overwhelming. Another concern for someone new to cloth diapering is the price of All-In-One cloth diapers. The variation in price is mainly due to the complexity of the diaper and the materials used. The BottomBumpers AIO is made with organic cotton velour or hemp. Snap closures are usually a little pricier than velcro closures. Due to the price of AIO cloth diapers, many people choose to use a variety of different types of cloth diapers, including a few AIOs in their diaper stash. What's the most absorbent AIO? To keep drying times to a minimum and stay trim fitting under clothes, All in Ones are sometimes not the most absorbent diapers available. I have found all our AIOs to be plenty absorbent for daytime use. If you add a doubler, they can last most kids through the night. Many of our All-In-Ones come with features that make it easy to add extra absorbency when needed. The Mommy's Touch AIO has an available snap in doubler made of either 2 or 4 layers of hemp. The Thirsties AIO has a convenient pocket opening, so you can insert the doubler of your choice into the pocket when extra absorbency is needed.
