We offer diaper service quality prefolds in both bleached and unbleached Chinese Prefolds and also unbleached Indian Prefolds. Prefold diapers are what many cloth diaper users start out using. The most popular cloth diapers today are pocket diapers, such as Happy Heiny's, BumGenius or Pocket Change Diapers. Pocket style cloth diapers have a stay dry inner layer to prevent diaper rash and keep baby feeling dry. The pocket design allows you to control the absorbency, that's one reason they make a great nighttime cloth diaper. All in Ones are also very popular for today’s cloth diaper users. The simple one piece design makes them as easy to use as disposable diapers. They are very daddy-friendly cloth diapers! A lot of people also get some AIO cloth diapers for baby sitters or daycare use.
Why are there so many different cloth diapering options today? Well, each type of cloth diaper has advantages. Prefold diapers are very economical, so if you are mainly using cloth diapers to save money, then you may want to make prefolds and diaper covers, like Proraps or Bummis Super Whisper Wraps, the bulk of your diaper stash. Fitted diapers are easier to use than prefolds, but still allow you to use a variety of diaper covers over them, if you like to use wool soakers, or fleece diaper covers, or go coverless. If you are looking for a totally organic cloth diapering system, you may want to use organic cotton fitted diapers and organic wool covers. Pocket diapers and All-In-One diapers have the advantages I mentioned above. Many people have a combination of several different types of cloth diapers and use them all for different purposes - prefolds diapers at home, fitted diapers and wool covers at night, AIOs or pocket diapers for when they are out of the house, or for babysitters to use.
No matter what type of cloth diapering system you decide to use, you are sure to save money over using disposable diapers! You can also feel good about keeping all those diapers out of the landfill.
